STONEHOUSE MUSIC COOPERATIVE 'MARQUETTE EDITION' The Stonehouse Music Cooperative CD is produced by Aj Fischer & Jeff Kackle. Fischer - a Traverse City Michigan musician who relocated north in 2000. This "Marquette Edition" is a collection of twelve songs and was mastered at Glenn Brown Acoustic Studios in E. Lansing. Currently, the Stonehouse Music Cooperative does live performances with Dobro player Sven Gonstead of Big Bay, MI. Songwriter Guitarists, Jeff Krebs and Aj Fischer of Marquette, as they trade off playing as a trio, duo, and finally as soloists. Inspired by Fischer's desire to bring musicians together after years of solo work, "Placing different styles of music together from Bluegrass to Ballads, keeps the listener entertained and of course is way more fun than doing a solo CD… " says producer songwriter AJ Fischer. Track features are - Jeff Krebs, Boe Harbison, and AJ Fischer, three instrumentals from the talented bluegrass group, Frostbitten Grass. Genres include Celtic, Bluegrass, Folk, and Swing. Each artist have previous released solo albums. Fischer also commented about on a future reunion concert in Traverse City, MI with her late trio, Mandolinist Don Julin and Bassist Glenn Wolff, who can also be heard on this new release.
